DROP SITE ETIQUETTE

• Please pick up your box by 9pm for residential drop sites and by the end of business hours for workplace/commercial drop sites

• If you are unable to pick up your box in these timeframes, please contact your drop site host directly to make arrangements

• Boxes left after hours, without notice will be dealt with or distributed at the drop site host's discretion

A NOTE ABOUT HALF SHARES

• We do our best to accommodate your schedule when we assign you to a delivery group (A or B). However, we cannot switch delivery weeks during the season. If you will miss a delivery, you are responsible for making other arrangements or canceling your box for that week.

SHARE IN THE RISKS AND REWARDS

• By signing up for a CSA share, you acknowledge the risks associated with farming and that produce is not guaranteed

• CSA shares are non-refundable after the first delivery goes out

• We are actively working to expand our CSA this year. Word of mouth is our most reliable form of advertising, so tell your friends! For every new member you refer to us, you'll receive a $25 credit that you can use towards any Waxwing Farm product - an extra box of vegetables for preserving, a 1/2 hog, or even next year's CSA share!

• Fill out our online registration form. We'll email you an invoice and you can send us a check in the mail.

• Pay a 5% transaction fee to sign up and pay online. The fee has already been calculated and added to the price of your selection.
